Course Description

Offered by Southeastern National Tuberculosis Center, this 3-week course is designed for nurses new to TB and covers the foundations of LTBI: using a risk assessment tool and LTBI care cascade to assess, test, treat, and case manage LTBI to successful treatment completion. This online blended course includes live interactive sessions conducted via Zoom weekly (2.5 hours) and pre-recorded lectures that include role modeling and activities completed on your own before and after the live session (~3 hours).
