Course Description

  • Describe how large-scale research initiatives use cell-level data to map the human body. 

  • Design and deliver a poster presentation to address a scientific question on the topic of cell data research. 

  • Apply transdisciplinary approaches to analyze histological and spatial-omics data using interactive tools and shared annotation strategies. 

  • Analyze and interpret biological structures and features in histological and spatial-omics data using interactive visualization tools. 

Learner Outcomes

  • Hands-On Training: Participants will actively engage with FUSION’s interactive tools and assignments.  

  • Collaborative Research: Work on HuBMAP projects, contributing to the ongoing development of cutting-edge research tools.  

  • Flexible Learning: Asynchronous course materials and modules will support independent and structured learning.
