0246 - Shelter Medicine Grand Rounds
Course Description
Keep up to date with the published literature and review best practices in Shelter Medicine by participating in virtual presentations given weekly throughout each semester by national and international leaders in the field. Each presentation lasts approximately 1 clock hour and participation can be live or by viewing the recordings. Students must attend and review a minimum of 10 presentations each semester in order to receive a Certificate of Completion and 10 CE hours.

It is the responsibility of veterinarians and veterinary technicians residing in states other than Florida to check with their state licensing board to ensure that CE hours from RACE will count toward license renewal.
The University of Florida Online Graduate Program in Shelter Medicine is an approved provider of content which enhances professional competence and aligns with the 5 domains of the CAWA Exam specifications
This program has been approved for 10 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval
