Requirements for Restorative Functions

Students must pass the following quizzes with a 70% or higher 2 weeks prior to the first day of class: HIPAA, OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogens
Students must be able to read, write and speak English at an advanced level to succeed in this course.

Copy of CPR Card
Dental Hygienists must provide copy of License or EFDA Certificate
Suggested Texts: Art and Science of Operative Dentistry by Sturdevant, 7th Edition, Ritter, Boushell and Walter Elsevier (you may purchase textbook from Amazon or Elsevier)
