Course Description
Accessibility Fundamentals is intended for an instructor audience.
This self-paced online offering provides instruction on how to design online course materials with accessibility in mind. The course covers different types of accessibility needs and suggestions for making an online course more accessible. After completing the offering, participants will have a basic understanding of how to improve online accessibility for all students.
Learner Outcomes
After completing this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognize accessibility needs of diverse learners.
- Identify basic accessibility considerations across multiple forms of media.
- Evaluate the accessibility of commonly used documents or materials.
- Identify formatting that makes content accessible.
Notes
After completing the registration process, there are two ways to access the course.
