Course Description
Developed by the University of Florida in partnership with the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS), this certificate equips coaches and sport leaders with practical, neuroscience-informed strategies to create sport environments where athletes can learn, perform, and thrive.
Participants will explore how stress, brain development, relationships, movement, and manageable challenge influence athlete behavior and performance. Through practical tools and real-world application, participants will learn to build stronger relationships, support athlete regulation and resilience, and create team cultures that promote connection, belonging, and positive development.
