778156 - AI Adventure: AI Fundamentals - Spring 2026

Course Description

This is one course in the three-part AI Adventure series. This fully online, asynchronous course is designed to give learners a clear, practical foundation in artificial intelligence, exploring core AI concepts like Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

No prior AI experience is required.

The course is self-paced and typically takes 10–20 hours to complete, depending on your background and how deeply you explore optional materials.

• Option 1: Asynchronous, self-paced.

• Option 2: Asynchronous, guided pacing.
  • Office hours (Zoom) on Thursdays from 2–3PM, running 5 weeks from February 26th through March 26th.

• Option 3: Asynchronous, accelerated guided pacing during the week of Spring Break, March 16th through March 20th.
  • There will be daily office hours (Zoom) from 11AM to 1 PM.

Regardless of which section you enroll in, the course locks at the end of the semester, May 1st; so you must complete the course by then to earn your badge.

This course is currently limited to UF faculty and staff. If you are not affiliated with UF and enroll, you will be removed from the course.
