Offered by the University of Florida’s College of Health and Human Performance, this self-paced course is the first in a two-course professional development track designed to prepare racquets professionals for leadership roles in today’s evolving racquets industry.
Developed by top industry experts, Course 1 equips aspiring and current Directors of Racquet Sports with the foundational business and operational skills needed to manage tennis, pickleball, padel, and other racquet sport programs across various facility types—commercial, country club, public, and resort-based.
Through five comprehensive modules, participants will gain expertise in facility operations, marketing strategy, programming design, and the history and business impact of multiple racquet sports. This course is ideal for professionals transitioning from on-court coaching to leadership roles, offering practical knowledge to confidently run a vibrant, multi-sport racquets facility.
Students will have 6mos from enrollment to complete the course.
