Course Description

Participants will receive formal training in delivering pharmacy education in the classroom. This 12-month program will occur longitudinally throughout the year and provide opportunities for course facilitation in the classroom, precepting pharmacy students in their pharmacy practice experiences, and providing a formal lecture. Participants will learn about evidence-based teaching methods in higher education, craft a teaching philosophy, and engage in virtual sessions to discuss and solidify the concepts of the program.

Registrants are required to be actively enrolled in either a pharmacy residency or fellowship training program.
