Course Description

This microcredential is an introduction to the concepts of computational thinking (CT) and computer science (CS) in K-12 education. This course will walk you through entry level programming skills and environments appropriate for K-12 learners, while you learn to create programs yourself. Highlights of the course include a look at debugging, the use of unplugged (no computer required) lessons and reviewing existing materials appropriate for use in any K-12 classroom.
